At Tilgur Delights, we value our customers and aim to provide the best quality products and service. This policy outlines the conditions under which orders can be cancelled or refunded.
1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order by contacting us via phone or email.
- Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:
- You received a damaged or defective product.
- The wrong item was delivered.
- The order could not be delivered due to our error.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Change of mind after the product has been shipped.
- Incorrect address or contact details provided by the customer.
- Product damaged due to mishandling after delivery.
4. Refund Process
- To request a refund, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with proof (photos/videos) of the issue.
- Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days via Razorpay.
